At Fabula Kids, a brand of Fabula Creatix, we are dedicated to bringing joy and imagination to your family. Our customer care team is here to ensure your experience with our digital e-books and magical stories is as smooth and delightful as possible.

If you need assistance with downloading your files, accessing your recent purchases, or if you simply have questions about our current and upcoming children's book releases, we are always happy to help. You can easily reach out to our support team, and we will get back to you promptly so your little ones can continue their reading adventures without delay.

Your family's privacy and online safety are our highest priorities. At Fabula Kids, we take the protection of your personal information very seriously. We only collect the necessary details required to process your digital orders and deliver your files securely.

All transactions are processed through encrypted, trusted third-party payment gateways, meaning we never store your credit card information on our servers. After a successful purchase, we will only contact you with your digital download links and order receipts. If you choose to join our magical community, we may occasionally send you updates about new story launches, but we will never share or sell your data to outside parties. You can explore our digital world with complete peace of mind.
