Whether it's an interactive story or a magical digital artwork, each of our products is designed to provide global accessibility and a user-friendly experience.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fabula Kids, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your new digital adventures. Because our products are digital downloads (such as e-books and digital artwork), they are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned. For this reason, all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded.

However, your family's experience is our top priority! If you encounter any technical difficulties—such as trouble downloading a file, an error opening an e-book, or receiving a corrupted file—please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always here to help resolve any issues quickly, ensuring your children can get straight back to enjoying their magical stories.
